Clinical Leadership
The people who help shape the culture, care, and everyday experience at Larch House.
Clinical Director & Physiotherapist
Sally brings more than 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a background spanning military healthcare, sports rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedics, and complex musculoskeletal care. She has worked with everyone from professional athletes to individuals managing persistent pain and recovering from surgery.
Her approach is grounded in listening carefully, understanding what matters most to each person, and creating treatment plans that fit real life. Sally believes rehabilitation is most effective when people feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their recovery.
Whether helping someone return to sport, regain confidence after an injury, recover following surgery, or simply move with greater ease in everyday life, Sally combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion to help people achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
Sally Lygo
Rehab Pilates Lead & Movement Event Coordinator
Aline brings more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals living with chronic pain, along with over a decade of experience using Pilates to promote women’s health, movement education, and confidence in the body. Having worked in both Brazil and Canada, she is passionate about helping people reconnect with movement in ways that feel safe, empowering, and sustainable.
Her approach is deeply shaped by her own experience as a spinal surgery survivor, giving her a unique appreciation for the patience, resilience, and compassion that meaningful healing often requires. She believes movement should never feel intimidating or out of reach, but instead serve as a pathway toward greater confidence, strength, and trust in one’s body.
As Larch House’s Rehab Pilates Lead and Movement Events Coordinator, Aline creates welcoming opportunities for people to move, connect, and experience the joy of movement in everyday life. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys birdwatching, cycling, and spending time in nature. At the heart of everything she does is a simple goal: to help people feel more at home in their own bodies.
