Cancellation Policy

At Larch House Physio & Movement, we understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any fee.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee.

  • Cancellation fees cannot be billed to extended health insurance plans and are the responsibility of the patient.

  • We recognize that emergencies, sudden illness, and unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of your treating practitioner.

Our goal is not to penalize patients, but to respect the time of both our clients and clinicians and to ensure appointment availability for those who may be waiting for care.
